Taco Bell - Arcadia

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff members were friendly, and the manager was exceptional. The food was incredibly delicious. Just a quick note: if you need to use the restroom right when you arrive, the staff will need to unlock the door for you, which is understandable given the area. However, they were very prompt and kind in doing so. I had a toddler having a tantrum, and they were completely understanding about the situation.

It was the first time I'd seen a restaurant that combined KFC and Taco Bell. There weren't many customers dining in. Personally, I prefer the fried chicken nuggets from Zhou's store; I always take them home with me.

This restaurant is collaborating with KFC to open a joint location, and it seems to attract more customers for KFC. Unfortunately, it only offers takeout, and very few people dine in. The drive-thru service is quite slow and could use some improvement.

They now offer Baja Blast! This location tends to be quite busy, so expect your order to take a bit longer than usual. However, it's been years since they forgot an item from my order. The staff is friendly and genuinely makes an effort to run a quality fast-food restaurant.

Recent updates to the building have made it more inviting. The servers are friendly.
