Kfc - Arcadia

My husband brought home chicken today, always have enjoyed Arcadia KFC but not today! Had 2 meals...idk when they cooked the chicken but it looked refried, almost burnt brown dried out. Should've never been served I'm sure they knew it! Won't bother going back again.

Food was cold and was told we should of been there sooner when it was hot.

They refused to make a potato bowl without the chicken, they told me the manager says they aren’t allowed to. What a weird policy.

Finally a nice change here. Even though they left out my biscuits on the to-go order.. they were very pleasant. The food was fresh, the employees were nice. Looks like the place got a nice remodel as well.Keep up the great work!

Several times they never say that the product is not available until you paid and they took your food to the window, or you open the package. On 7/15 at around 8:50pm, I placed an order and an tem from the food was missing. The male employee after giving me a lecture on store policy, was even more rude and took my food out of my sight said he was going to fix the problem. When the food was returned to me, he didn't keep his promise and the chicken was torn up. I took it home and feed it to my dog. Horrible customer service and store policy that will not refund you for an item that is not available or take the extra cash to upgrade to another product.
