The atmosphere at this establishment is wondrous. It's a little expensive for the food. But if your looking for a nice dine in experience they have you covered. All the employees are super nice too. Bangkok West is definitely the most beautiful of all the Thai restaurants I've visited. Bangkok West reminds me of a beautiful Thai Temple with the many beautiful Thai sculptures and art. The restaurant also has a beautiful garden which is very beautiful. Customer service has always been great and food is always consistent and delicious. It doesn't matter how long in between visits but every time I visit the food is always great. The owner is very friendly and sometimes her son helps out by waiting on tables. They also have a buffet lunch which is great and allows people to sample different dishes. Prices are very reasonable and portions are generous. Plenty of parking available and this restaurant is family friendly. Definitely a very special place.

We celebrated a mini family reunion here, and EVERYTHING was perfect. The ambiance, with tranquil vignettes, soft music, and splendid entrance garden, is so peaceful. Every dish ordered was delicious. Best of all, the service was impeccable.
