Fazolis is usually just average but my food from this specific one was a 10/10! Good job

I stopped for a quick dinner for our family and ordered extra breadsticks. Those were forgot and I had to turn around to go back and get them. At $1 each I?m not just going to ignore it and let it go. The food was good though and the service was friendlyand polite. I will return.

Visited the one on Northland Ave tonight. Placed our order, paid for it. Went to get drinks, all were completely down expect for diet coke or mellow yellow. Asked if this is all they had? Was told yes. I asked why we were not told about this beforeplacing our order. Was told it was corporates doing. And not our problem. I replied so we just paid $2.59 for each drink toonly drink water? Was told to talk to corporate.

I was in for Lunch the other day and it was terrible. The facility looked run down and was extremely dirty. Each table I tried to sit at was very sticky and unpleasant. My lunch was cold and flavorless. It was a waste of money and my time. I will not bereturning to this location ever again you have lost a customer. The icing on the cake was that I was treated Rudely by theattendant at the counter. I was treated in a manner which reflected to me that my order was not important. This facility needsto be properly managed and deep cleaned and the tables to be replaced. PS nobody wants to sit at your sticky tables.

I went into the lobby and lucas was awesome. isaac helped me out when there was an issue w my order. absolute 5 star review from me
