Wendy's - Apopka

We ordered a 10-piece spicy nugget but received only 9 regular nuggets and 2 fries instead. The nugget that was missing was supposed to be spicy, but it wasn't included, likely due to the person taking our order selecting the wrong option. I understand that mistakes can happen during busy times, but there was only me in the drive-thru and two other customers inside. I can't imagine how chaotic it must be during lunchtime. If their service continues like this, I can't recommend this location. If you’re okay with taking your food home to reheat it later, that’s one option. However, if you’re looking for a hot, fresh meal, I suggest choosing a different restaurant, as this one seems unable to provide that. The lack of responsiveness to customer feedback shows that this Wendy's does not prioritize service or quality. If it weren't in such a busy area, I would think they might have closed for good by now.

The food at Wendy's is simply exquisite! I wish we could have enjoyed our meal inside the restaurant, but we ended up dining in the car instead.

This Wendy's location consistently has slow service, and the staff doesn't seem to prioritize customer care. My wife ordered a single breakfast sandwich today, and it took 20 minutes from the time I reached the window until we received our order. It feels like they're in competition with the nearby McDonald's for the title of worst service.

I visit this restaurant a few times a year, but each time I forget just how poor the service really is. It's the only place where I consistently find myself putting my car in Park and waiting for what feels like an eternity. The service is incredibly slow and often inaccurate. This location should seriously consider closing until they can improve their operations. It's really hurting the brand’s reputation.

It's time to reopen the dining room because the drive-thru consistently gets the orders wrong. On top of that, the food isn't hot or fresh. This Wendy's really needs an overhaul.
