Bidra med feedbackWe ordered beef with mushrooms and chicken with broccoli. Unfortunately, every bite of the beef was either fatty or gristly, and the broccoli was raw. Additionally, they didn't provide any soy sauce. We asked for extra duck sauce and spicy mustard, but all we received were five packets of duck sauce and a small soufflé cup filled with a strange yellow liquid that I assume is meant to be spicy mustard. When we called to address our concerns, they told us to contact DoorDash. However, DoorDash didn't prepare the food. We won’t be ordering from here again.
The food is outstanding, and I truly value the healthy portion choices available on the menu. The staff is extremely friendly. I will certainly be coming back!
The service at this restaurant is outstanding. While the food was generally good, I did find the chicken a bit tough. However, the staff were very attentive. When I called, they promptly returned my call after I didn't get an answer, which is a refreshing change these days. Aside from the slightly tough chicken, the rest of the meal was quite enjoyable. I finished with the orange chicken, which was flavorful, though it was also a bit tough. I would definitely consider returning to Chinawok. The prices are very reasonable, and they even provide a take-home menu for easy ordering next time. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience with good food and excellent service!
I wasn't particularly impressed with the food; it was just average. I visited this restaurant while spending time with family in Apopka, but the food didn't meet my expectations. It felt a bit unclean for my palate, and the rice was not enjoyable at all. If you're in search of excellent Chinese cuisine, I highly recommend Li's Garden in Longwood. You won't regret it!
I ordered $43 worth of takeout, but unfortunately, everything tasted old, bland, and kind of slimy, especially the large broccoli beef. I returned all the uneaten food within 15 minutes and had an awkward conversation with the cashier about the return policy. After some back and forth, I finally got a refund for the $43 back to my card, but the cashier mentioned, quite snarkily, that it might take up to a week to process. He also kept the $4 tip. Safe to say, I won’t be returning.
