Panera Bread - Apex

I usually have a good service, but our last order was terrible. adjustments were completely ignored and our sandwiches were not even roasted. I asked for white Cheddar cheese instead of American and that did not happen. it was like cheese that was cut between 2 slices of bread and microwaves. the largest part of the cheese is outside the brotes. if they deliver under standard food, they should really lower their prices.

My family and I have had a power outage and we decided to come here. We brought all our power banks and phones. The manager walked out and gave us a extension cord and explained that he knows we?re struggling. The service was 10 stars, 100% recommend.

A bunch of teachers order food to be delivered each Wednesday and we had an issue with our order. Most of our soups were not included, but we received a bread bowl and full sandwiches instead of half sandwiches. We called in and they were able to make it right immediately. It was very much appreciated since we have such limited time to eat lunch. Thanks

Just got 2 orders of salad and sandwich order for $28 only to start eating the salad to find this disgusting bug. I tried to call Panera multiple times and no one answered. The phone rang so long it just hung up. So disgusting!

The food is good. The friendliness of the staff is a hit or miss. The ice machine was out of ice and the soda was flat during one of our visits.
