Baan Thai - Apex

Ordered takeout after checking the reviews here and thinking the photos of the plates looked ok in the restaurant. Utter deception. The pad Thai was hot pink and lacked any sort of depth of flavor, the most brutally dry overcooked chicken was thrown throughout, and the eggs on top were a complete after thought. Can’t believe they charge $20 this. I’m begrudgingly coming to terms with the idea that no one has good Thai around here.

The food is good and they use fresh ingredients which is a plus. And the people working are friendly, I haven't had anything I don't like here yet. The only issue I have is that the prices don't match the portion sizes. I'd expect a lot more food for the price of the dishes or same size portions at a lower price. You can easily spend $30 ordering one entree and a side of spring rolls to go for one person not even including a drink.

Consistently bad experience. There was always something that went wrong. Their stir fry is not a typical stir fry that comes up when you google the term. Instead, it’s a pink translucent liquid with vegetables in it and white rice on the side. Misleading to call it stir fry and charge $17+ for it!

Great service and authentic food! Stopped by when I was shopping in the area. It was very relaxed, the service was fast and everyone was very friendly! The beef pad Thai was excellent. I love that they truly make it Thai Hot when requested! Their soups are also good. So delicious
