Shakey's - Antipolo

Worst Shakey's branch. I didn't know Shakey's were hiring turtles. We tried to understand that they're only doing their job and there are a lot of people at that time. However, The food that they served us made me sick and when we asked for the bill we had to wait for atleast 30 Minutes to pay.

This is the Shakey's branch has the best service i've seen in any Shakey's branch. I can at least compare this with 5 branches i visited. I have no complaints here.

Decided to use my Shakey's coupons (thank you BPI! for dinner last night. Aside from the three personal size thin crust pizzas, we also had the seafood marinara and mojos. Pizza flavors were Hi-Protein Supreme, Pizza Bianca and Shakey's Special. Since there were only two of us eating, di namin naubos. Hehe. Shakey's pizzas and mojos were perfect as always but I found the pasta lacking in flavor

We ordered the monster stuff promo for takeout, but when we came there, that was so salty that there was no other taste than that, and the spaghettis carbonara was so tasteless that it was disappointing.

That was okay. but the service is really bad. the crew in the grußgebiet could not even recommend specials or give information about promotions. I gave my supercard to check their validity, and they said it was still valid until november. I gave it to them so I could use the discount. they return a card that apparently wasn't mine and they inform me that I was not entitled to receive the discount. I complained to the counter and turned out that they dropped my card somewhere on the floor. everyone understands that the location is packed and server is busy. but a small organization should it through the basic processes they do.
