Burger King - Anniston

My granddaughter ordered a special dessert to be served at the window, but for the third time it was as disappointing as someone else and their ice machine.

I didn't receive the correct sauce with my order, and instead of an impossible burger, I was given a bacon burger. I just want to receive what I paid for. Additionally, I had to wait for a long time for my correct order, and now I am hesitant to order the impossible burger again because of the negative experience.

We're the last two nights here for dinner. I can't think of their names for the life of me, but there is a very sweet lady who works the frontthek. She always has a smile on her face. she will talk to them and make sure their night / day goes great! Honestly, she's one of the main reasons why we keep coming! the employee in this business is what makes the load great. the dame at the front counter deserves an increase!

Megan, the general manager is amazing! She knows how to run a business and takes geat care of all her guests.
