Burger King Annemasse

I was 5 times in this load, and every time I had problems. 1. I wait more than 6 min before someone could come my order; 2. times the owner watched the witness. Everyone tried... I did not make a bad impression, but I have one of my burgers wrong; 3rd time the next day the owner was not there, and again, I waited more than 8 minutes this time to take someone my order. they were not bought at all. I and 3 other customers gave up and went somewhere else; 4. and 5 times the same. I'm waiting too long to get something. the things seem less to care about the customers. I have tried to talk to the manager, but since the manager was there every time I was there, I think it would not make any difference because he/she is the person responsible to let the place run smoothly. I wish I could speak directly to the owner instead of with the manager. I could be a mysterious buyer if he wants. I've been shopping for many companies. I will not go back to this restaurant unless I can talk to the owner (not the manager,) and I would not recommend going there in busy ours. they give much too much priority for the running gear thru, while the customers in the inner wait, wait, wait and wait to take their order.

Apart from the waiting snakes, it is just like a bk in every other country. the prices are higher than in the usa or in the usa, but a lot cheaper than in the genf. I like self-service. the screens. but these waits.

A burger king is a burger king. if in a hurry and not the time for something decent, then burger king is not too bad.

The boys were happy. but the salad was very average. but the toilet was clean as well as the tables around us.

Sandwiches are good and the value ratio is correct. I waited 20 minutes to get my order taken at the terminal. However, the waitress kindly offered me an ice cream for the wait.
