Dunkin' - Annapolis

Asked for sausage and cheese on Croissant, got a pathetic excuse / quantity of bacon. Coffee was good.

It's a Dunkin Donuts. Nothing special. Nothing negative. It's there and I do love the blueberry coffee and reasonable prices which is hard to find anywhere else do close to me.

Our cashier was very polite and helpful. The service was quick. It's a small location and they are always on their A game. The store is clean and un a good location for a day in downtown Annapolis.

Over the last year, I missed going to the Annapolis location. Last week, I was able to stop by to get my morning coffee. It was so delish!

Poor customer service. Long lines. Racist employees. I Asked to use the rest room while waiting in line and was denied. I was told I had to purchase something, I said I had already been waiting to order for 10 minutes and showed him the cash in my hand. He still refused. Then let some homeless guy take the key and use the restroom and walk out. The only difference was they were both black. I again asked to use the restroom and he gave me an attitude. After that I walked out and have never been back to any D.D. and never will. I did call corporate and file a complaint but i have not been back because it has become the homeless hangout spot during the winter.
