I ordered a oolong milk tea with boba and it tasted amazing! boba was fresh and tea is strong. Staff were really friendly and helped me choose a drink! Drink was ready in 1 minute.
Horrific Service Gossip Mongering EmployeeMy wife was there with a friend when she was approached by a female Gong Cha employee who claimed she had seen me, her husband, in the restaurant with another woman. This never happened. When asked for more details, the employee provided none, nor did she apologize. My wife was publicly humiliated and extremely disturbed. This kind of conduct is completely unprofessional and entirely uncharacteristic of Gong Cha's friendly atmosphere.We were loyal, weekly customers at Gong Cha Annandale. For years this has been our go to tea place. I'm sad to say that we will never again return and will warn our friends to stay away.
The boba drinks here are really good. The taro coconut is one of my favorites because it tastes like a dessert my family makes and it is not too sweet. The staff is always welcoming, but I like when they give me recommendations since there are so many drinks. Overall one of my favorite boba stores
