Sweetwaters Coffee Tea - Ann Arbor

I believe the Thai iced latte should be called "sugar water" instead. I have had some bad luck with my selections at Sweetwaters. The outdoor seating is great for enjoying sunny days.

First impression are everything, this place hit all goals!! I was referred by a client to try this place. I had a dirty chia iced latte with oat milk. It was absolutely Devine!! The chia is brewed in house and the mixology was in point. Definitely will return!!

Amazing staff. Amazing individuals. Amazing coffee. The atmosphere is wonderful. I thoroughly enjoy coming here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Zaynab is my favorite.

This lovely coffee shop offers plenty of non-caffeine options. The place was bustling with people on a Friday afternoon. I decided to try the matcha ice dragon, and was pleasantly surprised when they were able to customize it for me with less sugar. What a pleasant surprise!

Nice coffee shop. Lots of seats. Really wish you guys would turn on that nice fireplace though!
