Panera Bread - Ann Arbor

Not bad, but nothing special. the staff is pleasant in the early morning. it is preferable to provide local support. but morning bakery was fresh.

Consistent quality, mix of soups, salads and sandwiches, meat or no -meat options. Clean, easy place to meet with some outdoor seating.

I've always loved Panera, their baked goods are so delicious. I was surprised that there were only 5 bagels left and they were not making anymore after 11:00am, possibly due to staff shortage. The staff that was there were very nice and efficient.

Helpful, patient staff. Delicious food. Nice selection of dishes on the menu. I'm a vegetarian, my family isn't, and we all enjoyed our meals.

I ordered a dozen bagels before the time with the panera app when I arrived to pick them up, my name was on the list of “orders made” on the board near the pickup area. my name then went away and did not appear on the “ready” page. after approx. 10 minutes (20 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time) I had not heard yet, so I asked the hired at the switch. then she informed me that they did not have the bagels to complete my order, but that she could replace them with baked goods. I said I didn't have any interest in baked and she got the manager. the manager told me that I “not the job with enough clue” and I let him know that I had ordered a whole day in advanced. he then said it was a mistake of a coworker and that they had abandoned my order earlier, but accidentally there was another customer who ordered bagels. he said everything he could do would refund my order and give me the 4 bagels he had left. I had not only the bagels I needed for the event that I organized, the team had me wasted 20 minutes of my day when they knew before they had not what they needed to complete my order. there was no respect for my time or attempt to work out a solution.
