The co-op has knowledgeable staff, good quality food, and a great ownership organization. Love it

They have what I am looking for fresh bulk spices and other vegetarian foods. Laid back atmosphere, music is fun, not too loud.

People's Food Co-op is always the placebo for nice grocery and equal traded coffee.

Cooperative (member-owned and democratically run and long-established local food store, lunch bar, grab-and-go take-out, and cafe, open to the public. Special benefits, participation opportunities, and discounts for member-owners (for a nominal, fully refundable, one-time initial investment. All-natural products, emphasizing local, organic , sustainable, minimally packaged and some bulk, and mostly plant-derived products, although they also have good dairy and cheese products, eggs, and some meats, and fish. Various supplements and personal care products, and common household products, as well.

Lots of appealing vegetarian and vegan options for lunch, including locally made snacks! The organic produce looked good too.
