Heidelberg Restaurant Bar

I decided to give them a try late Wednesday night after climbing at Planet Rock. There was hardly anyone there which was perfect. I sat at the bar chatting with the bartender named Christian and had a delicious veggie burger and waffle fries. I asked Christian which beers would be good looking for a lighter beer like a lager or pilsner. I think he got me a Spaten Pilsner which turned out to be a great choice. I plan to come back, I really enjoyed myself. Vegetarian options: Not a ton of vegetarian options but enough to make most people happy. Thr burger and a couple other things are available.

We went for the first time on a Thursday night and enjoyed some trivia. Having been in Germany a few months prior, what really brought us here was the König Ludwig Weissbier and the $10 1-liter boots did not disappoint. Spaetzle, pretzels, and burgers were incredible. Great atmosphere and overall a wonderful meal with even better service! Kid-friendliness: We brought three 14 year old boys and they had a great time helping with trivia.

Currently just another bar. With a themed German setting. And name. The music was wrong for a German restaurant and the food was not all that appetizing. The only thing we liked was the pretzel. Could take a page out of the Dakotah restaurant in Detroit.

Really great chicken tendies for your glushy gurl, but I'm not a fan of the name. It reminds me of that tragedy... ?

The new menu doesn’t disappoint. I only had the curd but for $10 you get a veritable cornucopia of spicy cheese. This is a good deal by local standards. I hope heidelberg ownership sees this I would like my tab comped please. ??
