Firehouse Subs Henry St

Figured I'd try Firehouse subs. I had heard a lot about them. I spent $30 on two small subs and an order of mac and cheese. There was a swipe of tuna on the tuna sub, barely any tuna. It basically was a veggie sub. And the mac and cheese didn't taste good. I would think twice before going to firehouse. There are much better sub places in town.

Ok this is firehouse subs second go around in Ann arbor. They were located at one point downtown 5 or six years ago. I ordered sandwhiches there several times. It was good. So now that they are back I decided to give them another try. Ordered the turkey on wheat and it was delicious. Bread was a little thick but overall the taste was good.

I got an Italian sub and the chili and both were unbelievablely bland. I don't understand how you can make either of those things with as little flavor as they did. The best part of the meal was the side pickle cause it actually had flavor.

Me and my mom Jen just came in to order a platter for our new business Savvy Sliders down the road and multiple places refused us. I am so glad we decided to come in. Michael the GM went above and beyond. His service was top notch and we definitely will be back!

Excellent service and excellent food, even the prices are better than most sub shops. Got a free sub for my birthday and tried it. Diffenately will be back. Thanks for making my birthday great and for helping me make you my new favorite sub shop. Glad to have you in Ann Arbor
