Ihop - Ankeny

My experience here was no less, terrible. from the minute I sat, there were crumbling over the left and a hair on the table. Not even 30 seconds later we hear one of the waitresses that appear in the bathroom and cough up a storm. when she left the bathroom, she was told to make an oreo shake and still expected to do her job. an older couple went next to us and asked to cancel their order after they had heard them in the bathroom. terrible service, disgusting place brianna was by the way the name of the waitress. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Our server was amazing! She went out of her way to make sure we were happy even though they closed early. The food was delicious as well.

Awful service. food and drinks took forever to be served though they were not busy. waiter was rude and unprofessional. when it came to payment we gave her our card and then when she brought it back we left, she chased us down the street and had us pay because she didn't swipe the card.

We've been with my wife at tis place for our anniversary party. The staff of this place was amazing to us. We had wonderful experience and time with those jenerous co-workers doing work 4 us. Thank you.

The food was good with nice portion sizes.i would recommend eating in and not taking to go as we did. Although the food was prepared fresh, it just loses something by the time we made a 20 minute drive home. And it's starting to get cold.I felt like the menu was limited compared to a similar restaurant we recently went to.
