Had a fantastic experience. Chris made sure we had everything we needed ,and took the time to help out with the app. I can't wait to come back and eat here again! Definitely made my night once of the best services I've ever had here!

Went with my mom for a nice dinner cause we were both craving it, and Chris was super polite at the register as well as when he delivered our food to the table. He checked up on us frequently to see if we needed anything through us eating too! Was a pleasant experience

All I can say is all around amazing atmosphere created by employees... AND... Definitely the music... These guys have mastered the art of hard work, hard play, and somewhere in the middle... They make you feel at home. Truly, alchemy was necessary for this perfect manifest moment. Thanks guys!

Chris was very polite and diligent. Honestly don’t expect much from fast food restaurants anymore, and it was refreshing to see someone value their job and the people they’re serving. Job well done!

Chris rules sometimes at other Fazoli’s locations it seems everyone is too busy to continue customer service throughout the visit, but while he was cleaning tables he asked us and other tables if we needed anything and then brought us 6 more breadsticks! 10/10 highly recommend.
