Burger King - Ankeny

I was very impressed with Jahari, who was working the window and taking orders on 4/22/23. He was very friendly, funny, and had a great smile. Someone needs to promote him or offer him a job! He is the only reason I am giving this review 4 stars because the rest of the experience was rough, not terrible, but rough. We didn't receive the nuggets we ordered (we had to pull around to the front to get them brought out) and the guy preparing the food thought it was funny. The fries were also disappointing - we ordered medium meals but only got small fries in the medium-sized container. Additionally, there were no straws or napkins provided. Jahari did go back inside to grab straws after bringing out the nuggets and even brought us a variety of sauces for the nuggets. Thank you, Jahari, for saving this visit and leaving us in a good mood!
