Marco's Pizza - Angleton

I can't speak to other locations, but this one is just great. Great people and great pizza.

Today I walked in the Angleton store and was given the worst of the worst service ever. 2/24/24 7:53pmI walked in the store preceded to walk to the get the 2liter soda I choose online to get. I walk to the front counter and waited patiently to be greeted has I wasn’t walking in the the front. As I waited a customer walked up behind me but to the side and another female walked up and female shift lead/manager. The manager Shayla or Shiela ignored me and started to answer the customer behind me and give them their order. Still I waited the me acknowledge, but nothing. The female shift manger Shayla or Shiela fiddled around throw away some trash then walked to the back of the store to talk with another employee. Still I waited to be acknowledge but nothing. SHIFT MANAGER Shayla then walked up and came back to the counter to speak with the female employee I guess to get her lunch order or break together. I then asked was I going to be serviced. The SHIFT MANAGER Shayla or Shiela talk me I was rude to speak up about the poor service and ignorant behavior she has just given. SHIFT MANAGER Shayla or Shiela needs to go back to get some classes on professionalism and customer service. After about 5 to 10 minutes I was able to pay for my food all of $32.12. That’s was sitting on the metal racks getting cold.(No phone called made to attempt to let the customer know their food was ready)The young lady SHIFT MANAGER Shayla or Shiela does not need to be running a store I mean the girl was about to cry because I said I was not acknowledged several times and she ignored me. Completely ignored the situation at hand and didn’t even apologize for her poor action. And tried to flip the situation and cry. I did not use foul language or raise my tone of voice or anything in approximately in the manner. I will be write reaching out to the corporation about this. This is not the first time this has happened. PLEASE BE AWARE I GUESS SHE DOESN’T FEEL TO KIND TO BROWN PERSONS.(This should be on video recording and I hope the franchise owners review that footage.

It's a pizza chain and it is different than Domino's, Pizza Hut etc. They have good deals on app or website. I got the large pepperoni special which was great deal. Pie was a little salty and a lot greasy but with that much pepperoni what can you

Food has gone way downhill. So has customer service.

So this is the second time not getting my pizza sauce cup with my order. Instead of the hot wings I ordered, I got hot wing bites and the pizza was not cut all way. Usually I have no problems, but here lately I don’t know what’s going on with y’all! The driver was nice
