Dunkin' - Andover

I went in today to get a few things. One of was my sandwich, the bacon was undercooked and the bread was soggy. I had never wanted to throw up more in my entire life. Not only was my sandwich horrendous, but my iced coffee had mold growing on the ice cubes, I didn’t know that until AFTER I drank it.

Very unhappy paying full price for three day old donuts. Ordered four Bavarian cream and two Boston cream in the drive-through at 5:45 PM February 16. When I open the box I saw they were all heart-shaped. I was not surprised they tasted like they were at least three days old as well. This used to be a good Dunkin’ Donuts. Selling a product that should have been thrown out and expecting the customer to not feel ripped off is ridiculous.. This is the third time in a row I received stale product from this Dunkin.. I will not ever visit this store again.

Be careful getting donuts in the afternoon. I wanted a dozen but ended up with 6 because they were out of 7 different donuts I wanted! It was pretty disappointing. People were kind but it was a bummer I didn't get anything I actually wanted.

The food is great! The two stars is because of the drive through and employees. It’s comical how bad these people are at taking orders in the drive through lol. The last 10 times i’ve been here they missed something, got confused, or just gave me the wrong order completely. One time my bf and I were at the drive through window for nine minutes, handing things back and forth to the employees because they just could not figure out our four item order. I feet bad for laughing but it was absolutely ridiculous haha. I’m patient and I work with them until they get it right but most people probably aren’t so kind. Maybe do some drive thru training with this bunch so they can get a grip lol.

I love this Dunkin! I am happy they are even open considering the employee shortages right now. All staff is super friendly and courteous. This place is always a zoo and they are dealing with people who haven’t had their coffee yet. Five stars for Dunkin in Andover!
