Bidra med feedbackWe visited this restaurant and found it to be understaffed. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for a table, even though the place wasn't particularly busy. Once seated, I immediately noticed that the air conditioning was not working, making it uncomfortably hot inside. Our waitress seemed to be new, but she was very pleasant. The main reason I'm giving this place a three-star rating is because of the quality of the food. It was quite bland; the ribs had so much fat that we couldn't eat them at all. My daughter, however, did enjoy the kids' mac and cheese. We requested mugs, but they were never delivered, and once we settled the bill, we couldn’t find our waitress to ask again.
Half of my dish consisted of croutons, and the medium-rare steak I ordered was cooked all the way through. I'm surprised this restaurant is still in business. The service was below average and felt overwhelmed.
The service was very slow, and even though I was outside when the bill was settled, I noticed that the waitress added about $10 to our total. The table card machine conveniently malfunctioned, allowing her to give herself a tip on top of the cash tip I left. Make sure to check your receipt closely!
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The order manager told me my meal would be ready between 2:25 and 2:30, so I waited in my car for 10 minutes after 2:30. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect. I had originally ordered the original chicken wings but received honey wings instead. I also ordered a 6 oz sirloin, but what I got looked like a very small square that didn't even seem to weigh 6 oz, accompanied by a tiny portion of broccoli. In total, I ended up waiting 30 minutes for lunch. The only compensation offered was a drink that I had already paid for. Considering my total bill was nearly $60, I expected much better quality and service.
I ordered the Santee Fe Crispers, which is supposed to be fried chicken, but I received grilled chicken instead. I could understand a single mistake, but this has happened to me three times now. Do your employees not know the difference between fried and grilled chicken?
