L'huitre bleue - Andernos-les-Bains

Top reveiws brought us th this seafood tasting restaurant and after being shown to a lovely table overlooking the harbour we ordered some oysters, prawns and some of the homemade paté along with a carafe of dry white wine. beautifully presented with bread this was...a seafood lovers dream. Not expensive and well worth a visit.

It was a mixed weather day on a Thursday in February as we have found unexpected this jewel at the seaside. Everything was closed except L'huitre Bleue, which saved basically our day. Outstanding

Our first experience of the oyster cabanes in Andernos-les-Bains! Lovely cheerful welcome, nice table for two on the deck overlooking the water. The oysters were amazing, the prawns were huge and the pâté was very tasty. What a great way to start our little holiday...:D

Delicious oysters with a tasty paté on crusty baguette and juicy prawns with aïoli accompanied with a crisp white wine at the water’s edge. Best lunch in a long time. Can’t wait to come back.

Que du bonheur de se poser par hasard , dans ce petit endroit face au chenal du port , choisissez une table en première ligne , si possible , on regarde les bateaux rentrer le soir , c'est paisible et authentique . Valable surtout à marée haute , bien sur . Oublié , on vient pour manger aussi . Très bonnes huitres et bulots . Serveur vraiment sympa . Très belle adresse
