Bidra med feedbackWORST STARBUCKS! My boyfriend ordered a drink and because there?s a sleeve we didn?t see the order was wrong until too late, he was allergic to what he didn?t request in his drink. He asked for a French vanilla oat milk latte and gave him a ?vanilla oat milk latte with hazelnut syrup?. ?Hazelnut syrup??! How does that get randomly added to a drink?! Thank god we had allergy pills and an epiPen!
It depends on the day. I have gotten various drinks here(caramel apple spice, Mocha, PSL, etc), multiple food items(banana nut loaf, chocolate croissant, or a cheese danish), and these all come out in a consistent- starbucks quality expectant manner. The staff are iffy. Some are very nice and very helpful, some don't seem to care or listen at all. The last time I went in study and went to the counter to order, the cashier really didn't seem to listen because I had to repeat my order 4 times and they kept repeating it back wrong. I know I can be quiet, but until then I have never had that issue-not cool. But for the most part, its consistent and the lighting is fantastic with a great view of the mountains.
I?ve been to Starbucks all over the country and partially grew up in Anchorage and Seattle. The overall design of the store inside is pleasing. The staff are inconsistent in their service. Drive-thru young lady was very pleasant and sweet. Inside, was obstinate and off-putting. Almost like the male cashier didn?t want anyone in the store at all. No one was there either, and I drove by quite a bit and it never seemed full at any time. It?s missing that cheerful, hip, knowledgeable barista style. The affect is flat. Does not make you want to spend time here. Maybe it?s why no one is here.
There are often boxes unloaded in the mains seating area.
The staff was rude to me and messed up both things I ordered. When I brought my drink back they were condescending about it instead of apologetic. I don?t enjoy paying $7 for a latte, let alone one served with a side of sass. I should?ve stuck to the local coffee huts but wanted to treat myself to a PSL. Lesson learned.
