The buffet isnt bad for the price but its not a great place kind of dingy

I ordered a pizza to be delivered and a e-mail was sent to me confirming the price $27.40.When I checked my bank account the charge was $5.48 more than the receipt I received.They send you a receipt for the cost and then charge you an additional amount for the tip. I only realized the added amount when I checked my bank account online $32.88...I had paid the driver a cash tip of $7.00...I got screwed!!!
