Papa John's Pizza - Anchorage

I called the Northern Lights Store. They asked for my first and last name, I said it was necessary. She said yes. I gave her my full name. Then I went to the order. Then she tells me they don't deliver to my side of the city and told me that I shouldn't call the old Seward because they won't deliver either. So I called the old Seward shop and they took my job and told me there was no problem to deliver. The food was fantastic. I'm just saying that your Northern Lights Store needs to do something about the woman who answered the phone.

Papa John's messed up one of my pizzas and when I returned the pizza to them; they said they'd give a refund. I never received a refund and went to the store again. The manager said to contact corporate, who in turn said they couldn't give a refund due to so much time passing. 0 stars and would not recommend.

Papa Johns was about the best pizza chain going for years but if the 3 pizzas we got the other night were representative of the current state of Papa Johns then they have fallen hard The sauce, toppings, and cheese were all really skimpy; however, it was the lack of quality that made them so bad The sauce was bitter and the meats were very poor tasting. The cheese ? had zero flavor and the veggies on the combo pizza were really lacking in quality What we got was no better than a mediocre grocery store frozen pizza and I won't make the mistake of ordering from them again

Wrong order, ordered 2 large pies, received one. Driver just shrugged and left. Had to take my guests and go out for pizza.

They didn't put enough pizza sauce on the pizza. I could barely taste the sauce.
