Mcdonald's - Anchorage

The dining experience was quite disappointing. I ordered two McDoubles and felt like I waited an eternity for them. I just can't comprehend how it took so long for such a simple order. After 15 minutes, someone handed me a bag with a burger that looked old. It felt like they were trying to cut corners to avoid a potential food safety issue. I would have been better off going to McDonald's instead.

Mcdonald’s is always good for a fast bite. her laufwerk thru microphone or employee doesn't listen well. 2 extras in bag also loaded for this product. for the first time they mix with my order. 2 sausage mcgriddles ordered and received 1, and the other was a chicken-patty mcgriddle. always order 2 of the same article. strange how it was mixed.

Lackluster service. Quarter pounder was constructed sloppily. Top bread off to the side. Lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard and mayo were just scattered around the box for the burger. It's like they were trying to present me a deconstructed burger!?! Also ordered a mcchicken. Received 2 fish filled patties with nothing else. Like how tf you mess that up. So disappointed. Will be going to another McDonald's thats 2 miles further. Sorry not sorry

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service. My son received only six fries in his Happy Meal, and the staff member was rude to us. They also forgot his drink, which left him very upset. To make matters worse, the cashier rolled her eyes when I returned to place an order for something I had forgotten. I don’t plan on eating here again; I'd prefer to wait and walk or drive to McDonald's instead.

I will return to this restaurant. However, the staff didn't seem to do their jobs well. The front staff, particularly the older women, spoke in a foreign language, which felt off-putting. It reminded me of a nail salon where the employees smile, but their smiles don't feel genuine. This visit was just a pleasant experience with apple slices—a simple meal that was fine, but I hope it doesn’t happen again.
