Baskin-robbins - Anchorage

Absolutely the worst Baskin-Robbins I've ever been to! How can they be out of a classic flavor like mint chocolate chip? Not to mention the flavor of the month! I doubt they'll last much longer at this rate. I definitely won't be returning.

I purchased 4 quarts of ice cream, and my wife was supposed to come back and pick them up. Unfortunately, the packaging was so inadequate that I could see the bottom of the container, and one-third of the ice cream was missing. I have taken pictures and plan to visit the store today. This isn’t the first time this has happened, so wish me luck!

The ice cream selection here is amazing, and the prices are quite affordable. Make sure to take advantage of the special deals and enjoy!

Awful service... Every time I've been there, the staff appears to be either involved in inappropriate conversations or completely oblivious to the customers. The service lacks friendliness. On our most recent visit, my husband ordered his usual Peanut Butter shake, and it ended up being as thin as soup. He said it felt like he was just drinking plain milk... He was truly disappointed. We've always been huge fans of Baskin Robbins, but now we'll be heading across town to satisfy our craving for those 31 flavors.

I ordered the jamocha almond fudge, and my son opted for the wild sherbet. Both ice creams were outstanding! The staff were incredibly accommodating and even let us taste a few flavors, despite us already knowing what we wanted.
