Poke Bowl Factory - Anaheim

From here on for a Poke bowl with my staff stopped and it has not disappointed! Unlike some of the other Poke places I have tried, I can say that they use quality and fresh fish and ingredients. They mix the sauce with the proteins that give the poke more taste. Absolutely come back! It is located directly at the town hall of Anaheim and has free convenient parking directly opposite the street. Poke Schalenfabrik is one of my new Go to poke stops now!

This place is VERY GOOD. It was my wife's first time having a poke bowl and the guy behind the counter knew what flavors worked and what didn't. He even gave some samples with the different sauces and helped her make a decision. It's nice that they have an experienced chef behind the counter. Will make it a point to stop in when we're in town!

Love the poke bowls....small, medium and large sizes. We got the medium that comes with three scoops of fish. Salmon is delish, but spicy tuna only came in ground version. Toppings and mix ins are your average ones...crab salad, seaweed, avocado, crispy onions, masago, etc. Service is great, place is clean. When I dropped my chopstick on the floor, an employee came right away with a new set of chopsticks for me without me even asking!!! That's service!!!

MUST TRY! If you like fresh salmon THIS is the spot for you. The owner has 15 years experience cutting salmon and for those of you that don't know a lot of how great salmon is depends on the person cutting it. My personal favorites are the Ceviche Style Bowl and the Korean Style Bowl. Everyone here is very friendly and if it's your first time they will explain the process to you and even give you smaller samples.

This Poke Bowl spot is one of my favorites because of its fresh fish and excellent friendly customer service. When in downtown Anaheim and in need of some good eats... Poke Bowl Factory is a win!
