Sky on earthen veruan restaurant in regsdwarsstraat in amsterdam. it is a total package without nonsense and high-end service. this family-run restaurant with traditional Sichuan food in amsterdam has been popular for local and visitor for over decades. it is cozy and the menu is excellent with its classics like the snow sole. but please don't hesitate to go for the peking duck! it's just the best if they love peking duck with pancakes. ask for the weeping list after they drank a few tsingtao beer. you never forget the good times.
