We ventured in today to grab a drink and a snack mid shopping and the waiter was not only unapproachable but also rude. We stood waiting to be seated (not a problem) when we got the waiters attention and asked if there was available seating rudely hunched his shoulders and said we had to look gesturing over to a section. I am sure they are busy however this is not an appropriate way to address guests. Instead we went to Keyzer and had a lovely time. My suggestion is skip the restaurant and head to one that wants your business.
