Serranos Tequila And Wine

Serranos is located in the Marina Sol near Medano Beach and the mall. We've enjoyed our stay at the Marina Sol for 6ish years and Serranos is a great addition. The food is outstanding and the staff and owner are excellent. On our latest vacation at the Sol the Chef made us bespoke plates as well as menu food and it was all excellent. Ebon, the bartender, server and jack of all trades provides excellent service and is extremely personable. The owner is there most of the time and provides service along with Ebon, the Chef and the rest of the staff. Business has ramped since opening, but being nestled in the Marina Sol it seems that it is not well known or a destination for folks not staying at the Sol, but it should be. They cater to their clients. They will put on any sporting event and make an excellent bespoke dish. They have opened the restaurant for us on New Years day when they are typically closed. They are truly service oriented. Our crew of about 45 people has had our annual New Years dinner at local restaurants, but next year we want to have our large dinner at Serranos.
