Burger King - Amory

Pulled up at drive through to order and got no response. After a few minutes of saying hello and not getting a reply, I pulled up to second window and saw no one. Finally 3 workers came from back. I asked one girl if the speakers were not working and she got smart saying yea they are but I was busy. Needless to say when she came from the back, she was on the restaurant’s phone. I was going to order the M&M shake and she said they didn’t have them anymore. Hmm ok it’s on the outdoor ordering menu. Then she turned to the other 2 girls and asked them to check the machine. What come out of it looked like milk. She told me the machine wasn’t working. Ticks me off.....why lie? All 3 girls acted like they didn’t care to serve anyone.

Waited 15 mins for drive thru. Car behind me got to be serve ahead of me. They said our burger was given to someone else, so I have to wait for the burger to cook. That is upsetting, not fair isn’t it? Btw they should have plenty burgerd during lunch. ????

I spend too much money on cookies a day for them to be cold, hard, old tonight!!! Im speaking with the M.O.D. about this in the morning!!!!! Im shocked because normally they are soft n good.. I just want satisfaction

Food cold. Didnt give me drink at the window. Quick..because already cooked and no one was there at 5pm. Wonder why? And no apology or smile. Cant blame on being any longer

Stopped in for lunch today, fast friendly service, bacon cheeseburger is huge, very pleased
