Horrible customer service. Terrible attitudes. Not helpful. And can’t seem to get orders correctly

I 've been a proud supporter of this location for a long time, the pizza is always amazing. However, I picked up an order today and they switched the cinnamon wheel to some very sad monkey bread style dessert. It was supposed to have the frosting with it. I called to verify I was supposed to receive the frosting and they said yes and whoever checked me out should have given it to me. I do not live far from the store (a couple blocks) and already had a pizza in the oven, so asked if they would be willing to right the wrong and bring them to me. They told me no. Customer service was very disappointing. I understand accidents happen, but I paid for my food, someone should have been willing to right the wrong. Very disappointed, especially when they supposedly have a delivery option that someone couldn 't fix this.

Ordered online and had to wait 45 minutes for our pizza. While several people who walked in and ordered and walked out with theirs. I had to ask about where it was before they made it.

I have always loved this place and the way they have treated me and my family over the decades of living in Idaho Falls. Doordashing for them is always a go for me and I love the fact that they take EBT. Everyone deserves to be able to get a good deal on delicious pizza, don’t you agree?
