Wendy's - Amherst

When it comes to fast food restaurants, this particular establishment is simply an average place to eat. The staff can be hit or miss, with some being very professional and efficient while others are lacking in service. The quality of the food can also vary, with items like fries sometimes being served lukewarm or even cold. The dining area is spacious, with plenty of parking available. Overall, it's not worth going out of your way to eat here.

Late in the night, stayed over the street in the hotel and tired to find something else. Food was ok, service ok, restaurant not very clean. I wouldn't go back, I wish I had gone somewhere else, but it worked for the nunt.

I don't visit Wendy's in Amherst often, but whenever I do, I am almost always disappointed. In the last 5 visits, they have forgotten 1 or more items from my order 3 times. They also don't double check the order in the drive-thru, leading to inconvenience for customers who have to go back in line to get their missing items corrected. It's baffling how they consistently mess up simple orders, especially since mine are always a standard combo without any modifications. I will not be returning to this place again.

The orders are always incorrect, the fries are served cold, it's acceptable when looking for a budget meal. The management is disrespectful towards both employees and customers, prioritizing employees over customers.

We stop here every day to get our lunch. We enjoy the staff at Wendy's so much so that we do not have to tell them what we want, they get it for us.
