Mcdonald's - Americus

They had me waiting outside for over 30-45 minutes everyone is outside smoke nobody in the store four cars pulled off ahead of me I will not be eating at McDonald's again

Insanely slow waited over 40 minutes for my mobile order, was pulled forward to wait and had to go.in the store to show my receipt to get my food , they had not made it and then we I got it I was missing the bacon and mayo I was charged for on one of my double cheeseburgers.

I stopped here for a large vanilla iced coffee, just hard to beat for $2.05, especially on a long day. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

None of the employees have the correct uniforms, they’re all rude and have zero customer service (mainly front counter) they’ll sit there on their phones and ignore customers who are trying to order. Definitely wouldn’t recommend EVERRR coming here. It’s horrible service and needs to be shut down or have new management.

Never answer the phone, rude, unprofessional, disorganized, nasty. Just disgraceful
