Jersey Mike's Subs - Amarillo

If I got a refund. The woman who took my order was rude. The sandwiches were terrible. Don't eat here again. I don't like a subway at all, but I'd rather eat there.

Subs here fantastic. The staff there are nice children and helpful. And I don't think it's the problem of the employees is mainly because of the process of producing the subs. But we waited in line with only about 5 people for about 20 minutes. It's a little longer than I always expect when I go in. Apart from this little problem, everything else is good, every sandwich I've ever had, there are always fantastic vegetarian options: They had a vegetarian sandwich and a Portobello sandwich. The port of Bella Sandwich is also ridiculously good they grill it on a flat top There is a really good taste parking: The parking lot is in a large parking lot that should accommodate the store. But there are about 6 to 7 other shops that share this parking space, so the parking facilities are quite small at certain times A-day. And on a holiday or weekends, the place could be quite packedWheelchair accessibility: all shops in this area as well as the parking lot are wheelchair accessible

This situation has recently been downhill. It is dirty, the short staff (with the exception of the young lady who became tired to watch the other 2 employees, nothing with a long line) is unacceptable, and not everywhere near Jersey Mike's standards. Something (management) has definitely changed!!

Jersey Mikes is one of my favorite places to eat, but this is badly managed. Either the staff is not trained or does not care to send out orders that are incomplete. 2 sandwiches both wrong with ingredients I am allergic that this is not on the menu. So my $17 sandwich trembles just to know if I'll eat it I'll go to ER.

Absolutely rudest workers ive ever encountered in my entire life. Anything I would request on my sandwhich (simple things such as extra mayonaise) they would look at eachother and laugh or give me a dirty look, or roll their eyes. The sandwhich was good but theres never a reason to be that rude. You never know what a stanger is going through
