Bidra med feedbackGood evening, I'm sorry to report an unpleasant event that happened this evening, Friday 8/09. We have been your customers for many years and we have never experienced similar treatment. They make us sit at a table off-center in the courtyard, after a long time they bring us the menu and after a long time they come to take our orders. To which I, a little annoyed, point out that we've been waiting for an hour and that we don't want to wait another hour to get the food and beers requested, the waitress (a blonde girl) in a very rude and angry manner tells me that it's normal to wait ......and with bitter irony I say thank you for the not very nice answer and with even more arrogance and arrogance she replies THANK YOU!!! So, being 52 years old and not intending to be treated like this by a young and unfriendly waitress (among other things, I would be a customer), I get up and with my wife we leave immediately. Before leaving, I pass by the cash register to point out what had happened and instead the employee (a curly-haired girl.....not the person in charge who is usually there...Pepito.... who I know) shrugs that she knows nothing and doesn't care. Congratulations!!!! Teach your employees that they also need to be polite and friendly with customers. It's a shame because, I repeat, we've been coming for countless years....and I thought I saw a climate of disdain spread among all the waiters....perhaps because there wasn't the person in charge..... Yesterday 15 September I was at the Beer Festival and I was not at all satisfied. I took 5 tokens (10 Euros) for a skewer of Pugliese bowlers. Very sad. For 5 tokens (10 Euros), my partner bought a micro/mini sandwich (a rosette) with a quantity of homeopathic octopus inside. So much so that when we complained, the right amount of octopus was added. After having my partner try a bowl (the skewer was made up of 5 small bowls) I realized I had eaten hot air and bought a pulled pork sandwich again for 10 Euros. The price/quality ratio is decidedly negative, I'm sorry because the location is nice but the substance isn't.
Antipasti a buffet con la gente accalcata. Quantità modesta, Antipasti caldi che in realtà sono freddi. Qualità del cibo scadente. Servizio scadentissimo, mancano i piatti, niente pane a tavola. Alla faccia dei Mestieri . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
