Reservation at 9.15pm Orders taken at 10.02pm Starters arrival at 10.33pm Pizzas arrive at 11.23pm I also add events that happened outside the pizzeria. At 00:47 I arrive home and write the first part of the review At 01:09 one of the waitresses tracks me down and contacts me on Instagram At 01:20 he asks me to delete the review because it hurts to read certain things At 02:13 the same waitress gives the place a 5-star review to compensate for mine. At 04:18 I get out of bed because the pizza gave me heartburn. I would just like to say that if your concern is more about having good reviews rather than providing decent service (both cooking and table service you can directly ask and continue to get good reviews yourself. Reviews like mine where people complain about long waiting periods are not the first and certainly won 't be the last (so don 't tell me that it hurts to read certain things . Avoid bothering customers at 1 am to make such superficial requests. I specify (because apparently it is not obvious that I would like not to be contacted further by the venue staff, thank you. A pizzeria that I have been frequenting for years, both alone and in company, and it has never disappointed me. The pizza dough, in terms of digestibility and quality, for me is the best ever. The quality of the various condiments used is high. Low prices. Small-medium place with trained, fast and friendly staff. I recommend it!
