Wendy's - Altamonte Springs

Lets start with the fact that there was no soda. Fries we stale and mast and so were nuggets. This is what happens when trying to make multiple deliveries Food was just nasty. Ended up in the trash.

The baconator fries were on point the sandwich was amazing.shout out to the Monday night crew..

Update. potato was terrible. super slow service and rude worker. apfelsinensalat is good. but now $3 more. new strawberry fristy pretty good. the owner should fire all the staff and start with it. child-friendly: not friendly to everyone. parking space: open parking wheelchair accessible: standard

The employees on the drive thru do not listen and have very bad attitude. I tried to tell her she gave me the wrong order I passed back the bag and still gave me the wrong order

I avoid this location. The one across chickfila is way better. If you decide to go here out of desperation or distance, be prepared to wait. There is usually a long line wrapped around. It doesn't matter if there is a long line or just you waiting at the speaker. They will make you wait at least 5 mins per each car. I'm not sure why they chose this process but it's very annoying. Maybe they are trying to catch up and a couple of times was told that they were short staffed and had only 2 workers. One time there was 5 cars ahead of me and I had no choice but to wait because it was for my picky son. I fell asleep and took like a 5 min nap because the wait was so long. When you get to the speaker they don't greet you and just make you wait. Time is valuable and this is not how you treat your customers. I refuse to go here.
