My girlfriend ordered a vegan hummus wrap on Door Dash, specifying both in the ingredients and in the Special Notes section, No cheese, no ranch... No dairy, because she 's lactose-intolerant and consuming those aforementioned ingredients causes hergreat physical pain. She received a wrap with ranch in it, and this isn 't the first time this order has been messed up, eitherdue to having cheese and or ranch on it, rendering the wrap inedible for her. They did make it right after we called in andexplained the situation, so they 'll get a start for that, but we had to go in and pick it up ourselves, so that 's sort ofannoying. Overall, stuff like this should NOT be happening. People have even worse allergies that could put them in even moredanger or kill them if things like this aren 't taken seriously. If you can 't take other people 's orders seriously, get anotherjob, because you apparently cannot be trusted to do this one.

Nelly was super helpful! I came in unsure of what to order and she was very knowledgeable when it came to choosing ingredients for a smoothie. It came out quickly and Nelly made sure I was satisfied with my order before I left. I will definitely bereturning for the pleasurable customer service!

Tropical Smoothie consistently provides high-quality products and fresh ingredients. Their green smoothies are my preferred drink and meal option on hot days. However, I would appreciate it if they updated their smoothie menu more often, as many of the flavors have been available for years. The staff at this location is friendly and courteous as well.

I absolutely love the Southwest Chicken wrap (I choose the plant-based chicken instead), and it’s an amazing meal! I highly recommend getting two of them along with a smoothie.
