Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The food and smoothies are so good, I started going here every Monday-Thursday because I got a job and work at the college next to it as a Professor’s Assistant at Seminole State. Food is always fresh, cheap, and delicious. If you sign up for the app you can get good deals and build up points. My favorite is the kid’s Turkey and cheddar wrap with kale apple slaw and the paradise point smoothie half sugar. I definitely recommend eating here for quick and good food, ordering online it’s always ready and tasty. Employees are friendly too.

Terrible experience. Wait for 30-40 minutes for an order. Smooths were irrigated by the time we left. Charged to smoothies because the order was completely wrong. Management has NOT complicated for its fault, but we pay more to add the sandwich to the order. Overall bad management, bad hearing skills and nothing has been done to fix the problem. Try another location next time because it needs to be trained?

Nelly was super helpful! I came in uncertain what to order, and she was very knowledgeable when it was about choosing ingredients for a smoothie. It quickly came out and Nelly made sure that I was satisfied with my order before I left. I will definitely return for the pleasant customer service!

Came in today (May 7) around 5. No one greeted me, that's fine. I stood at the counter still no one said anything and basically ignored me. I stood there about 5 or 6 minutes and still not one word from anyone that works there. The girl that takes orders was sitting down on her phone and she glanced at me and went right back to her phone. I ended up leaving and as I left still no one said anything. Management needs to get this in check. I come here often but after the service today, or lack of service, I probably won't come back.

I ordered a smoothie and I didn't like it they remade another one for me it was good but the place was just dirty it had chips on the floor/table was sticky, and I get that it was like 3 hours before closing time but me and one other person were the only people in there. This made me not want to buy food nor stay very long. There was plenty of downtime that the lobby could have been cleaned up. Will not return
