Keller's -b-q - Altamonte Springs

I love their Sliced Pork sandos and sauce. Service is good and friendly, and really good for how shorthanded everyone is. Could use a new drop ceiling and vent replacement, just sayin.Food: 5/5

Always loved Keller's. Their ribs are my favorite nice and tender, not too smoky and just the right snap when you buy into them. Wife had the sliced pork sandwich and complimented how tender it was.Food: 5/5

Had decent service, the food was okay. Dry ribs, vegetables were water flavored. Gave me a refill of unsweet tea when I originally had sweet. I enjoyed my sandwich so I will probably come back for the lunch menu.Food: 3/5

Used to love this place. Went there today. We waited about 30 mins to be served lunch and my husband's brisket was cold...the Mac and cheese had this bland no flavor at all. Never even got a refill for our drinks. The chicken was plain too luckily it had toppings. ... The only thing was the server who I paid at the end at the cashier she was working both joba...she was sweet and could tell she was under Alot of stress.

I'm extremely disgusted by the non-service I just received from this establishment. My family of three came in to dine and NO ONE came over to the table to greet us or take our order. To make matters worse, a young white couple came in and was immediately greeted, brought menus and their order was taken. Even after that NO ONE still came to our table. I'm not saying it was racist behavior in this restaurant by staff, but it was definitely an issue that needs to be addressed. Needless to say we left to go someone where we would be treated better than this.
