Bidra med feedbackAwesome place and worth a visit! Staff was friendly and definitely a spin on Mac n cheese. We tried multiple things and will for sure be coming back when in the area.
Such a great concept. Staff was friendly and helpful explaining the concept and even gave menu suggestions. To top it off the food was great!
We are excited to see this place open in our neighborhood! The interior is cute! The staff were friendly and working very hard! We came on a Tuesday evening and it was super busy. Not sure if the hood/ventilation works because it was very smokeyinside. We ordered the kids mac n cheese $7ish), the Vegan bowl $13ish), and a Bacon Love Tomato grilled cheese and dippingsauce tomato soup). My 6yo liked the mac n cheese. The vegan bowl was very bland. I added salt and pepper. The vegan cheesesauce is almost flavorless. The BLT was good. The dipping sauce is a tiny condiment size cup for about $2. In total, it wasabout $40 with tip for food that wasn't excellent. Not quite sure if we will be back.
Food was Just Okay, and I'm not in a hurry to go back. Me and my daughters went here for dinner one Wed evening because we're foodies born raised in the south so we appreciate good Mac Cheese. Food Quality: The great thing here is that all the foodcomes out hot because it's all made to order. The taste of the food was just okay in my opinion. It's nothing to write homeabout and certainly doesn't stack-up to grandmas Mac Cheese. My nit that I'm picking here is that the cheese sauce thateverything is made with, isn't all that. This is restaurant-style cheese sauce (not homemade style) and that maybe okay forsome people but not me. Since I'm a true southerner and have generations of Mac Cheese to compare this to, it doesn't stackup in my opinion. I had the short-rib Philly mac cheese bowl and it was just okay. Once again it was based on the samecheese sauce that just doesn't get it done for me. My 16 year old daughter had the Best of Both Worlds grilled cheese sandwichand she said he really liked her food. My 13 yr old daughter had the Chicken Parmesan bowl and she wasn't impressed either. She's a die hard mac cheese lover so it didn't meet her high standards as well. We also had the signature mac bites as a sideand that was tasted really good. Service: It's more of cafeteria style ordering but this particular Wednesday we went therethey must have had a huge online order because we waited like 10 mins to place our order with no one in front of us and theinside of the restaurant wasn't full. They appear to need a more organized process to order, or maybe add more people in theback-end making the food so that someone can always take orders quickly. Ambiance: we liked the inside of the restaurant. itwas clean with enough tables to hold a decent crowd of people. they also have some big screen tv's but I couldn't figure outthe placement of them. All the big screens are along with wall where most of the dining tables are so most of the
Love this new spot in Altamonte?gives home style food with a fast food quickness. A lot of fun options, extremely tasty and the staff is so friendly. We took ours to go but while waiting we enjoyed the fun atmosphere. The cool grass wall or the emojiwall paper, it is definitely great for the kids. The big TVs also were a great touch if you want to watch a game. The lobsterMac had chunks of lobster and the sauce was light, not too heavy which I loved. The fam got the ?Best of Both? worlds, buffalochicken and chicken parm. The bowls are all empty so I think they liked it. We will definitely visit again!!
