Waffle House - Alpharetta

Stopped in for dinner as we get ready to settle in for the evening. My wife ordered the Waffle and Crispy Bacon, the waffle was very good and the bacon was just how she liked it. Had to make fresh coffee for both of us and that is expected being it was 6PM and not a lot of coffee drinkers at that time. Fresh coffee is always good anytime of the day. Waitress offered us cups to go which was great. I had the TWO EGG breakfast with scrambled Eggs, Sausage and Hash Browns. I also asked for them to be topped with Chili, was informed after I got my breakfast it would be 20 minutes to make the chili. They were not that busy and I would have thought they should have been in the process of making it after they ran out of it earlier in their shift. Towards the end of my meal the cook started making the chili so people coming in later will have hot chili for their hash browns. Nice place tables were clean, waitress was very professional and courteous. Her name is Tiara very sweet and helpful.

This location has definitely gone downhill. I dined here on Monday and there were thousands of employees working--just standing around and screaming. They were literally YELLING and laughing at one another as if there weren't customers in the restaurant. My server wasn't the best, and kept forgetting items like sides and drinks that were the bare minimum. The food was good, but my bacon was raw. There are way better locations, so this one is just not worth visiting.

Literally the actual worst Waffle House I have ever been too oml. They literally burned my sandwich to a crisp, gave me literal raw bacon, didn't give a single refill the entire time.. they looked dead in my face and ignored me. Loved it, This was our first time at a Waffle House and we absolutely loved it. The service at this location was top notch! Our server had been working for 24 hours and we would have never known. The food was some of the best breakfast food I've ever had! GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD.

There was only two of us. We unwired there and were the only two in the entirety of the restaurant. The server told us it would be 45 minutes as he smoked a cigarette. Nobody served us as we waited for over 30 minutes. What a joke. Horrible service.
