Bidra med feedbackWas excited to try a new place in a neighboring town. Salt Factory has an interesting decor but know seating can be tight during busy times. The drink menu is extensive as you?d expect in a gastropub and the food menu as well. I asked the server to tell us what not to miss on the menu as we were a first time visit. Her response was ?well look at the menu! Everything!? I specifically asked if we could only try one thing, never to return, what not to miss and she just startedlisting various menu items. When we asked about the pizza she said ?I feel you can get pizza anywhere?. That told me there were items on the menu that was better than others. I tried the Alpharetta burger. It had good potential but missedthe mark. The bun was fresh but cut so thinly on the bottom that is came to me soggy from the layer of coleslaw and the top bun so very thick. The fries were dripping with grease, a sign the oil temp was too low. The star was the pulledpork. That is the item not to be missed! We were looking for a food experience, a place excited about what they do. Salt Factory has potential, I hope it was just an off day.
Amazing menu. Great variety of options for every course. The oysters were fantastic and didn't need any of the condiments offered. Fish chips were hot and fresh. The batter also light and complimented the fish vs. being a part of the meal. French fries were nicely cut and seasoned. Blue cheese wedge salad was the perfect size and well-dressed. The service was phenomenal and extremely helpful. The drink menu was vast with a well stocked bar. We will definitely return totry other menu options.
Our experience at Salt Factory Pub was fantastic! John the manager was super sweet. He found us a coool, comfy table on the patio and checked on us often. My husband and I are Newlyweds; Heather was our server and she was phenomenal. When she found out we recently got married to gifted us a glass of champagne. She knew the menu well when we had questions and we never had to wait long for any of our food to come out. Best calamari I've ever had. The steakburger wasEVERYTHING! If your looking for a great night out this is the place!
First time visiting. The our door seating is really nice. I like that this location is not in a nice cut of downtown Alpharetta and parking is available on property. The service was 5 star! Jon the manager is friendly and extremely welcome. Our waiter, Trace, was very welcoming. He suggested his favorite things on the menu and they were all great. He Was very nice!!! We?ll definitely be back. The Philly cheese steak and house burger were amazing. The blubbery icecream desert is to die for ????????????????!!!!!
We had a party of 4 at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, 6/28/22. It was the night of the Backstreet Boys concert, so it was packed and they were understaffed. Hopefully they?ll check the concert schedule at Ameris Bank Amphitheater so they?ll be better prepared next time! Plenty of free parking. They have inside seating and an outdoor patio. Very casual, but could be fun for a date. The seating inside is a little weird though. We sat at a table in the middle of the restaurant and therewas a clear divider in between so that another party could sit on the other side, so we made awkward eye contact with the people on the other side. That specific booth wouldn?t be good for a date. Here?s what I had: Butternut SquashRavioli $13.95): This was the star. Super good and flavorful. Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice $12.95): Basically no flavor. I don?t recommend. F&H Burger $15.95): Very good! Our waitress said it was big enough for my friend and I to split,so we did. Between that and the appetizers, it was enough! The fries were nice and crunchy. Mission Lychee $14): Not worth it. The drink tastes fine, but it was like 4 sips for $14. I wouldn?t get it again. Overall, the food was prettygood. I would come here again before another concert, but wouldn?t go out of my way to come here.
