Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

My experience at this location by Walmart I must say was slightly disappointing. I called in a kids meal slider with steak fries and asked for pickles mustard and ketchup. I was told they were out of pickles I mean are they not able to go to Walmart and purchase any so that customers are not disappointed with their order) but ended up putting 1 packet of ketchup and mustard in a bag. I was also asked did I want a biscuit or corn bread and I said surprise me….. well I was surprised and got neither. At 1st glance My meal did not look appetizing and tasted dry and was not pleasing but due to only having 30 min for lunch I had to eat fast and just deal. I would not recommend this.Parking: N/A

I can easily see you need to be a regular to eat here. I came 1st at open and was seated 2nd and served 3rd. I ordered what once was my favorite cheesecake pancake meal. After begging for some Maple syrup, I dug into the pancakes. It wasn’t until I was half way through my pancakes to where I started eating my eggs. I soon realized I had scrambled eggs with “hair”. One long piece of hair cooked into the eggs. I told the waitress as I was steering my coffee with a fork. She had seen me do this several times and never offered a spoon. She hurried and grabbed the eggs after seeing how bold the hair looked all through the eggs. I was not charged for my meal only my coffee but I think I will refrain from eating out and cook at home. I’m somewhat turned. I feel like everything I had eaten was filthy.

This was our first time visiting this Cracker Barrel. We had stayed in the area the night before for a wedding. The morning we went to Cracker Barrel was Father's Day. We were able to get in very quickly. The waitress was very friendly and was always checking on us. We all had breakfast and the food was excellent.Food: 5/5

Breakfast was great, service was great, food was well prepared and good.
