Pizza Hut Lotus's Mergong - Alor Setar

Very slow service, waited for almost 50mins , got overcooked pizza and no spoon given for mushroom soup

Bad service and attitude. Waiting for almost 15 minute but no staff come for taking order and serve us although only 2 table with 5 customer at that time. Management should train your staff better.

Bad service. Just close already. Racist. Serve chinese only.

I expected the worst on the basis of all reviews. But I guess I was surprised. I ordered my food for the trip, the staff was friendly and left 10 minutes later with my food. Great!

Beautiful comfortable lively shopping environment and foodcourt. Opposite the Grand Alora Hotel is a cheap motel (at 7eleven). Outside the area, there will be night food bazaar. There is a laundry store along the storehouses.
