McDonald's still the best. This outlet has good and professional manager and staff. Works well to reduce congestion and attend to customer's needs without us asking.

I'm not a fan of McDonald tbh but still it will always be my choices The taste all are okay, I love the chicken porridge here so delicious. But I think it's time to complain about the ice blended. For me the ice blended is too watery so I don't really enjoyed drinking it. Never satisfied with McDonald ice blended. Even tho the drink are a bit suck but never forget their ice cream, burgers and must to eat chickens. Those are some scrumptious foods that you must taste !

This outlet has upgraded it's service that now they have self ordering kiosk. Do take note that during peak hours people will pile up makes the waiting at the kiosk much longer than waiting for your order to be served. Reason? Some customers really take their time when they make their ordering at the kiosk, not even minding that the lines behind them are long. On the different note however, the staff are friendly and helpful. Plus the open space cafe concept is always a winner for this eatery for the view overlooking the Alor Setar Tower is amazing

This place also have McDonald cafe. The system is not advance as other outlet. There is still need to be pay at the counter. The food will be delivered to you if you dine in. The dining space is quite small for the indoor but the outdoor seating is quite spacious. It is not recommended to dine in here because the customer is many and quite hot

A lot of people queue to get the chicken. i tried Pedas 3X but for me not really spicy! 555+
